It's my second appointment in Bloomsbury Building in St Pancras hospital but this time not at all like the first time. Definitely a nice DR makes a big different on many levels, sorry can't remember her name but all I can say is , thank you very much for your listening and caring, thank you for not taking my problem for a granted and being very nice!!
