"Recent procedure on day ward (C20)"

I am a nurse so am very aware of the care that I should expect whilst in hospital. I recently had a minor procedure at Halton Hospital & was admitted to ward C20. The staff were all very warm friendly & welcoming. The whole team from the ward clerk to the Consultant were friendly & very professional & answered my questions & offered me support. I cannot fault any of my care. I was also impressed by the information given to me before discharge especially with the follow up numbers incase I had any further queries. We often hear about problems in the NHS therefore I wanted to highlight this excellent experience as there are many good things we don't hear about.Thanks to all on C20 you should be proud of your team !
