I have been suffering from PSTD for a few years and was not aware of the help that I could receive. I have been seeing a therapist for five months. At first I didn't want to go, after being introduced to a lady called LOUSIE she made me feel that I could tell her anything and it would be very confordential and she helped me talk about what happened to me and understand how she could help me regain my comfordance back and believe in my self. My anxiety levels were at rock bottom Loiuse helped me to start and getting back into going out of the house again going for walks alone getting back on public transport. and most of all helped me to talk about my reasons] for having. PSTD. Inclusion matters is something I would not of dreamt of receiving in the past, but it has helped me go forward in my life and keep trying to reduce my anxiety levels and enjoy my life again. I wish to thank lousie from inclusion matters dale street Liverpool for the past five months of explaining every to me and how I can use the knowledge and information to get my life back on track. This service has helped me so much my family can see the improvement in my self.
