My young son has been in hospital today for an adenoidectomy. Unfortunately today was also his birthday. The staff made today an unforgettable experience for all of the right reasons! He had a present from the nurses, his surgeon and other members of staff sang happy birthday to him, we were so grateful. Cleaners could be seen at all times working hard to maintain cleanliness throughout the ward, we were checked in on by nurses all day to make sure we understood what was happening. We had a slight wait at the end of the day for a prescription but I can't complain! These people do an outstanding job and I can't thank them enough!
