Initial consultation extremely helpful. Came in for HOLEP which went every smoothly; alas, had to be re-catheterised and stay in a extra night (not particularly enjoyable!). Staff, however, made the experience as painless and supportive as it could be. In my experience this is a superb unit reflecting the NHS at its best; formal when necessary, informal when appropriate.
