"A&E Visit Saturday night of 24/01/15"

About: Leighton Hospital

Unfortunately, having collapsed on a Saturday night (24/01/15) I was "Ambulance'd" off to Leighton Hospital in Crewe, A&E Unit. I was in there being checked and tested thoroughly for the root cause of my problem which was soon established. Yes, I had to wait, but only so the staff could focus on those needing more urgent care. Fair enough I think. I was very grateful for the excellent care that I received once I was seen. The Ambulance Crewe and all the hospital staff were extremely professional, polite, respectful, and highly competent. They soon established the root cause of my condition and having monitored me for a few hours, released me to go home with the appropriate medication. Result! I am more than Happy with Leighton Hospital A&E, even having visited late on a very busy Saturday night. Well done to all involved in my care!! And, most of all thank you all very much. You are a fine testament to our excellent national health service and should all be proud of yourselves.
