"Helpline not Helpful"

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital

I am 14 weeks pregnant with my first child and up until now have found the hospital staff at Queen Charlotte to be mostly nice to deal with. Yesterday I was less impressed by the Maternity 'helpline' which proved to be extremely 'unhelpful'. The lady that answered the phone, following a 10 min wait, seemed to get more pleasure out of being obnoxious and rude than wanting to help me. I came away from the call having received no help at all and feeling pretty low.
