"Eye problems previously overlooked"

On a visit to the opticians with my Mother it was discovered that the lens my mother received during surgery several years ago had moved and a film had built up. My mother had pointed this out on previous occasions but the information was overlooked. Since then I have been to several clinics with her and again the information was overlooked until the most recent visit at the end of July. When quoted directly from your leaflet, what to do if you had certain symptoms it says ‘Immediately seek special help’ which we did, but only achieved any result by pointing that out, so I am looking forward to a positive outcome for my 85 year old mum and now I hope she might get to read this herself provided that she survives long enough to benefit.
