An excellent facility with efficient service with well trained and considerate staff. It is however, the minor things that let it down on going to the webpage to obtain a telephone number you are provided with a single telephone number which when dialled just gives you the telephone number of the department you require. Surely it is not beyond the wit of whomsoever designed the webpage to list the contact details of the various departments thus reducing the time required to book an appointment. Also consider establishing an on line booking service similar to the one the majority of Doctor's surgeries use think of the time and cost reduction this would enable.
