"Out patient gynae urinary dept outpatient"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

Presented with medical student and only asked how I felt when it came to intimate examination. Did not feel listened to or any of my questions responded to or given the information I needed until I became quite upset. No understanding about how vulnerable a woman may feel with vaginal/urinary problems. Asked me to make decisions between 3 options and when I asked for some advice was told `it is your body - you make the decision even though I had no info on which to make it. All my other experiences at St. Georges have been that staff are exceptionally helpful, sensitive and understanding and always offer information clearly and helpfully.
