"eye problems"

I recently had cataract surgery on Spencer ward, I was very nervous, but the staff were amazing, the h.c.a s nurses and doctors could not have been kinder. They explained everything that was happening and put me at ease. I was offered drinks and food, and advice how to cope at home. It really was a good experience. I need to come back for my other eye to be treated, I'm sure I will not be worried at all next time. We read so much negativity about the nhs, but my experience has been very positive. Thank you so much.
