About: Crawley Hospital

one goes to a hospital when one cannot deal with the symptoms and to be told to go to your G P or else where for treatment is totally out of order. one had to be aggressive to receive treatment. I ask what are hospitals for ? no one has time to waste any one else's time. one only goes to such a place in an emergency.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
