"My unwell baby"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

My 6 month old had high temperatures, vomiting ans was advised to go to A&E by GP. The staff in A&E were lovely and very kind. I was offered drinks and told what was happening at every stage, despite it being very busy. I was seen very quickly by a senior doctor. She had a lovely bedside manner. All the staff were polite and very knowledgeable. It was clean and I felt safe there with my baby.
