"My daughter on a children's ward"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

My baby daughter was unwell and was admitted to a children's ward (Padua). I was not orientated to the ward and was never offered a drink of any kind, even though I was there all night and was a breast feeding mum. The nurses took my babies temperature with adult probes. Getting inaccurate readings, from a pyrexic baby that should have had better accurate recordings taken.
