About: Euston House Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

We arrived at the community clinic at 9: 30 for a 9: 45 appointment. Were advised by the receptionist that there would be a delay because a replacement technician was having to come over from Shrewsbury. Did not have to wait too long, but it was at least 11: 30 before I was able to see the technician for tests and information and 12: 15 before I was able to see Mr Dapling.

It would have been useful to have some indication of the different procedures involved in the appointment so that I would have been more prepared for a long meeting.

The automated phone call reminding me of my appointment did not give my husband the opportunity to take a message. I was unable to get to the phone at the time.
