"Superb Service"

I have just received treatment for double vision at the infirmary. The customer service was beyond expectations, how refreshing, attentative, caring and above all professional personnel. I arrived at 8.15am, was seen almost immediately by a nurse who checked my vision and took blood. I was then directed to the doctor for further evaluation and then onto the Ophthalmic department were I was checked by a very competent University student from Liverpool. The student was very professional, diagnosed everything correctly prior to directing me back to the doctor who discussed my ailment and blood test results. Well done all and thank you!
