"The staff were nothing but amazing"

About: Good Hope Hospital / General surgery

(as a relative),

My mom was diagnosed with cancer, therefore she was in and out of Good Hope Hospital. Unfortunately she kept getting worse although she did have a couple of good days here and there.

She went into the hospice for a day and she really enjoyed it, but then after a week or so she had to stay in. The staff were nothing but amazing they done everything they could to help my mom, everybody was really pleased with the care that was given. Nothing could have been better.

Sadly on the 4th December 2014 my mom passed away peacefully.

I am sorry to her of your loss but pleased that your mum had such good care and her last days were peaceful.
