(as the patient),

My advocate was Lindsay Evan's. She looked so young. Yet knew so much. And always made me feel as if I mattered. And she treated me with the utmost respect. Also I respected her. I couldnt of had any one better. And if I needed help again I wouldn't hesitate to call her or another advocate from the same company.

I would like to thank Lindsay from the bottom of my heart for all her hard work.
