"She gave me the tools to improve my life"

Through a difficult 12 months I hit rock bottom twice. The first time I ignored it and the 2nd time I did something about it and followed it up at the Doctors who put me in touch with Inclusion Matters. Meeting Terry gave me some perspective on my problems and she gave me the tools to improve my life. The biggest change is I now talk more to the important people in my life. This has improved my relationship with my wife and I am still working on the issues I have but understand more about how these interlink and what I can do. Meeting Terry saved me life to what it is now and I am thankful I carried it on with the doctor and that I met Terry. Thank You
