Everyone from first response, ambulance staff to nurses, trainees, cleaners and doctors (why are cardioligy consultants so charismatic?!) was friendly, efficient, cheerful and informative. Staff morale seemed high. I was treated with respect and warmth by all and kept informed. Couldn't better the service. Incredibly heartening in these days of criticism of NHS. And in how many cities in Britain can you have a conversation with your ambulance man about William Morris and the Arts and Crafts movement?
"impressive"
