About: Arrowe Park Hospital

Before my visit to A&E various reports about A&E departments in general and Arrowe Park in particular I was concerned that my experience would be unsatisfactory in many ways. However this department was in fact run professionally, staff worked well together and treated me with care and dignity. There was expertise and understanding that came through with good humour and thoroughness. Assessment and procedures were applied in a straightforward and calm manner which put me at ease.
