"Terrible service"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Terrible, I was rang once and because I didn’t answer they didnt intend to ring me for another 10 days. I rang 5 days later and I was spoke to like an idiot! ! ! And I still couldn't get an apt date!

I am disappointed to hear of your poor experience when using the TRAQS service.Please be assured take Customer Service very seriously and would like the opportunity to investigate further. Unfortunately all postings are anonymous within Patient Opinion.

Please contact the Patient Services Team who will be able to take more information so that we can identify where the service failed on this occasion.
