About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I rang Dr Egleston on Monday about my severe back problem, Monday pm Lisa from Physio and with an appointment today. I was surprised it was so quick, Dr Egleston must have said urgent. I have a spinal injury after e months on chemo & high dose steroid. I was quite expecting to wait 2 weeks instead of two days. Kathy has assessed me and will see me again in a few days.
