"Working Age Dementia Service meeting"

A meeting was held at the Working Age Dementia Service to evaluate the recent CST group. Many issues were discussed. The group described the community venue as being satisfactory, but arriva transport to and from the group had been difficult for some at times.

People had enjoyed different activities within the group, but the newspaper session and trips were received positively. One of the group members rated the staff as 10 out of 10. Best things about the group included it being for a period of 18 weeks, the nostalgia and reminiscing and being able to talk with others.

They explained that this helped to improve their mood. Things to improve included starting the group session earlier and making the session a whole day to provide more group support.
