(as the patient),

I was referred to QVH by my local dentist for extraction of my upper left wisdom tooth. Because of past problems with tooth extraction the possibility of general anaesthetic had to be considered.

An appointment with a consultant was arranged speedily and he advised that a local anaesthetic should prove OK.

I received my out-patients appointment and was called in at the time specified. The staff were friendly and caring and the extraction was carried out very speedily and without discomfort. I was given comprehensive verbal and written guidance and returned home very happy yet again with the service provided by the wonderful staff at my excellent local hospital.
