To start with this is not a story. This is an experience. Stories are fiction to keep children happy and quiet. I am not a child I am 66 years old and wish to be treated as such. I find explanations on how to write and what to write on footprints insulting.
My experience
I was very happy with my doctors referring me. I was contacted by the telephone very quickly and given a cancellation appointment in very quick time. The confirmation letter arrived quickly. I arrived at the hospital in good time. However there was no one to tell me where the appointment was and nothing on the letter. Consequently, I arrived 10 minutes late for the appointment. 0-10 for patient help on arriving at the hospital
