About: Russells Hall Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

The care I received at the Russell Hall Hospital, Dudley, ENT was good, the specialist explaining things and going to follow up asap.

What I was really upset about was I could not get an appointment at my home town Telford hospital at all and was told the waiting list for any cancellations ran into January 2015! In Telford. I do appreciate appointments do take time to get but being offered places as much as 40 miles away was very disturbing.
