About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

After asking my GP to refer me to an orthopaedic surgeon I was really pleased when contacted by TRAQS. The time from their phone call to an appointment was just over 1 week which I find most pleasing, could have seen someone within 4 days had I been able to attend that appointment but just over a week was amazing! Thank you.
