"A very positive experience!"

I had a planned outpatient appointment at Cirencester Hospital. The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and professional and after a short wait my name was called and a smiling Staff Nurse welcomed me and introduced herself (but I can't remember it!). My consultation with the surgeon was excellent, great communication and I was treated with respect and dignity. The Radiology team was efficient and professional. I want to work at this hospital myself! Thank you everyone I came into contact with, you are all fantastic ambassadors for your hospital and the NHS!
