About: Fulwood Hall Hospital

having stayed in this hospital before for various operations I was very disappointed this time to be put in a two bed ward.the reason being there was not enough consideration for the patients,by this I mean both patients had plenty of room but the main downside was the tvs.we had a tv each at the bottom of the bed (a bit high up) but we was not given the option of having head phones so if I wanted to watch tv and my room mate wanted to go to sleep or was not feeling very well I had to turn my tv off;also there was only one telephone in the room at the side of the other bed so if I wanted to make a personal or a private phone call I could not do so in privacy.my other main grumble was about the food and tea.there was not a great deal of choice of meals but the main thing was that when we got our meals&the tea it was invariably always cold;and there was usually rather not enough sugar or butter or it was missing.i am sorry but I don't think that a double ward in these circumstances is acceptable.PS.can you drink cold tea.
