"2502 number not working"

Why does no one pick up the phone in the antenatal department? I have been ringing for 5 days straight and yet, have had no luck anyone answering the phone. The numbers on the website for your hospital go straight to the gynaecological department instead. This is very frustrating especially when you have an urgent need to contact a midwife.
