My consultant treated me with respect, great dignity and care. He immediately put me at ease and his kind and gentle manner are so reassuring when you are apprehensive. All the staff in goring hall are an absolute credit to the nursing profession, they are efficient, sensitive, caring and good humoured. They certainly,have the ability to perform effectively as a team. I express my thanks and appreciation firstly to the consultant for his exceptional surgery on my right knee (arthroscopy), to the anethitist, the Ward Sister, Nurses and catering. Each and every one of them are expecptinal in their professions and are a credit to The Goring Hall Establishment. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to all of them. Maria Aurhammer
