"I would just like to thank the lady that answered..."

I would just like to thank the lady that answered the phone to me when I telephoned the 111 service on Saturday 31-01-15 and reported that my wife was very ill. The lady was very kind to me and also caring when my wife spoke to her. With all of the negative comments that we hear of the 111 service our experience with the service today was fantastic. Also the experience with the staff at the hospital was second to none Yours gratefully A M Sloper
