"Excellent service"

I recently attended Southmead Hospital to undergo a gallbladder removal. The staff were all amazing and I received really good care. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I can't fault anything experienced during the day. I had keyhole surgery and my pain was managed really well. Once it was time to go home, the nurse explained in detail what I could expect during my recovery and points of contact should i experience any problems. Everyone is quick to give negative comments about the NHS, so I just wanted to give my say about my positive experience.
