"All very courteous from receptionists to the specialist & the time span was unbelievable"

About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

After having an eye test at Vision Express in Telford the optician referred me to an eye specialist. I was amazed at how quickly (after giving the letter to my GP) I was contacted by TRAQS.

In less than 3 weeks I had seen the specialist, had a diagnosis & am now receiving medication.

I am very impressed by everyone I have seen, all very courteous from receptionists to the specialist & the time span was unbelievable. Thank you.

I am pleased to read that following your referral being received by TRAQS everything was dealt with promply and that you are now receiving treatment.

It is always lovely to receive feedback from patients using the service but especially so when it is positibe. We wish you well for the future.
