(as the patient),

I just wanted to let you know how nice I thought Sue Siddy was when I went to the Bowel and Bladder clinic yesterday. I wasn't looking forward to it at all, I kept thinking how embarrassing it would be but she made me feel completely at ease, made the whole process smooth. I won't be so worried when I need to go to the clinic again
