A fantastic 4 week course giving insights into eating healthily for all the family. My Son and I throroughly enjoyed the course and would love to go on it again. The course had an information session and practical cooking session. I can not praise the leaders of the course enough for their knowledge and approachability. Superb, more in the future please.
