"Very impressed with the overall service"

I used the 111 service recently and it was very good and very positive. On Saturday morning I was in excruciating pain from what I thought was a frozen shoulder. I was asked the relevant questions by the call handler and they arranged for an appointment at hospital. Within 45 minutes I was out the hospital. I was very impressed.
