(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My son came for a filling today at Mary Potter Dental Clinic and was feeling very nervous beforehand. The dentist and assistant were both very good with him and his experience today was not what he was expecting, making him and I feel a lot better about attending next time. The work he had done was done with care and patience.

Its fantastic for staff to know the care they provide is so appreciated and makes such a difference.
