this is a joke. me and my son waited to be seen for a 1 hour and a half when are appointment was at 10:30 we got in at 12. the doctor we saw she was lovely however i wasn't impressed with 110 minutes before we were actually seen told the reason why she was late why the nurse couldn't of told us earlier so we at least could get a drink as the ward was ridiculously hot. not impressed at all.
