I was taken into BVT as a day case. I was concerned simply because it does make you aware that you are trusting someone you don't know with your health.
I waited to go down to theatre and all the staff at booking in department were kind and reassuring.
The area was fantastic and so reassuring it was a pleasure almost.
After the op I was a bit anxious and sore tired and fed up and in the recovery ward or room the staff especially Mark and a young nurse were brilliant helpful and made me feel good taking good care of all of us. Thanks so much.
The room where I was transferred to waiting to go home was not as much fun, felt like I was being treated like a child along with an older gentleman whom was treated like a child as I witnessed it.
However full marks and many thanks to all the staff involved in looking after me up to getting ready to go home.
