"My dad's visit to A&E"

About: Isle of Wight Ambulance Service St Mary's Hospital (Newport)

(as a relative),

He fell at the bus stop and hit his head (he's 85).

The ambulance arrived very quickly, and all the staff from the paramedics to the nurses and doctors were fantastic.

At A&E they gave him a CT scan and a chest xray, pronounced him very lucky with no damage and sent him home with some antibiotics and instructions for head injury after care.
