"Out-patient cliniics gastrology and endoscopy"

Accompanied my sister-in-law to the gastrology appointment to help her communicate fully. Arrived a few minutes early and was seen exactly on time most professionaly and courteously. A programme of follow-up actions and appointments resulted including immediate blood test, appointment for endoscopy and prescription from pharmacy---all of which were acheived efficiently and with the greatest kindness and understanding. The appointment for the endoscopy test was offered for 3days later and on the day was conducted in an impressive and sensitive manner by all the reception and medical staff. I am not impressed easily, but I would have to say, based on this excellent experience for both of us, that Calow hospital and its staff performed exceptionally for us. In these days of criticism and comment, it gives me great satisfaction to write this positive commentary and to congratulate the staff and management for the high standard of care and positive attitude which we experienced. Well done to all
