I have been treated by the wonderful Treatment Room Nurses at Edlington, Conisbrough and Mexborough for the last 4 years for a leg ulcer then different wounds that will not heal and need treating. They have made such a big difference to my life enabling me to keep a job by trying to fit my appointments around my work.
They have been concerned when my general health has not been good and advised me to seek the help I needed. I have been told that this clinic is going to close and that either means to me my health will suffer or I may have to finish my job as my GP surgery has long waiting times already to visit a nurse.
