I am happy with the action that was taken for my MRI and EEG in which radio waves and head scan was used for images and any brain abnormalities there may be. What I am not quite happy with is the Nuerologist who sent me my MRI feedback in the post saying I am claustrophobic because I blacked out and was shaking because of the loud noise and radio waves which was used in which made me black out during the examination. I am not in anyway claustrophobic so the consultant has written incorrect information and this has made me less confident I am getting the right care by them. I have had head injury in the past couple of years and other head inhjury in the past the MRI staff told me I could have traumatic brain injury and it was the very loud radio waves, sound or noise which caused memail to have an attack of some sort and blackout. The MRI staff also told me I would need an MRI or scans with less noise. The letters and feedback from the Nuerologist shows their disregard about my condition and it has caused me distress into the way this letter was wrote to me. I am due to be seen by the head or leading Nuerologist in which I will discuss this further with them the Nuerologist I have seen before needs to show more consideration and investigate me with appropriateness and not be misleading.
