Spoke to NHS 111 who advised seeing a doctor at the MIU - since regular GP not available on Saturday. Was seen by a small team at the MIU - a nurse efficiently carried out analysis and made diagnosis. Impressed with speed of turnaround - I was there for less than half an hour.
