In simple terms I had quality treatment, communications and care from the outset! Your staff, including reception, nursing, pre-theatre, surgical, post-op domestic staff et al have been exemplary! I would like to include my GP from Dolphin House surgery, in this too. I could give lots of detail but I would just be eulogising tediously! I am surprisingly comfortable just 18 hrs after the experience and will try hard to behave (not easy for me!) so that I don't undo the surgeon's very good work.
