I was referred to Salford Royal for a 2 nd opinion as my 1st diagnosis was very unprofessional and was very upset and annoyed and angry at my 1st encounter with a doctor who has no people skills whatsoever!! This hospital was outstanding from receptionist to radiographer to consultant! They all have a very courteous and polite manner in which they involve you the patient every step of the way. I have found them to be very helpful and professional and really truly outstanding!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone who needs to go into hospital. Truly amazing after the worst encounter ever!!!! I am happy to be treated like a human being and not another statistic or guinea pig!!!!
