About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult Mental Health Services - Community (City)

(as the patient),

Was given tickets to see nottingham panthers ice hockey games, being a disabled person who spends a lot of time in pain and also with mental health issues, going out and/or places/events to go to, the opportunity of getting these tickets was great giving a much needed opportunity to get out and enjoy life for a change by giving something to look forward to, my only regret is that these opportunities don't happen more often so more of us could benefit from them.

I am delighted you enjoyed the game. The main aim of the campaign is to support service users and cares to attend the game and to feel socially included. As the Campaign Lead I am immensley proud the Trust works in partnerhip with the Panthers and can offer these kind of opportunities
