"We could not ask for a more efficient service"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My daughter developed severe stomach pains in December.

We went to the A&E at the Royal Surrey Hospital, Guildford at about 5. 30pm. The doctor who assessed my daughter was excellent. He diagnosed the problem, explained carefully what was being done and answered our questions in detail so that we could understand.

My daughter's appendix was removed at 9:30am the next morning. We could not ask for a more efficient service. Thank you.
